Cost

$190 – Application fee (includes license and background check)
$50 – $100 – CPR/AED Certification
$20 – Transfer MBLEx results to Wisconsin Board (Non-Applicable if you indicated to send results to Wisconsin on your original FSMTB application)
$8 – additional fee if you have a legal record that requires deeper background check
$15 – $20 – Previous State License Verification (see above)

Exam Required

Pass the MBLEx Exam (have results sent to Wisconsin)
Complete MBLEx Result Transfer Form to have proof of test sent to Wisconsin
Pass the Wisconsin Jurisprudence Exam
