$20 – Transfer MBLEx results to Pennsylvania (Non-Applicable if you indicated to

$15 – Original Transcripts sent to Pennsylvania

Exam Required

Pass the MBLEx Exam (have results sent to Pennsylvania)
Complete MBLEx Result Transfer Form to have proof of test sent to Pennsylvania

Hours Required

Minimum hour requirement of 600 hours
