- $20 – Transfer MBLEx to Delaware (Non-Applicable if results were sent directly to Delaware on original FSMTB application)
- Pass the MBLEx Exam (have results sent to Delaware)
- Complete MBLEx Result Transfer Form to have proof of test sent to Delaware
- Pass the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
